Stellenbosch & Hermanus

Stellenbosch is famous for its winery's so we made it our first stop on our garden route roadtrip. We booked in for one night at Webersburg, a stunning winery with guest houses, a swimming pool and tennis courts. Sadly we couldn't do wine tasting (which was the whole reason we went) as their was a wedding on, but never the less we made full use of the other facilities - Adrian ever attempted to teach me a little tennis!

The next day we set off to visit Adrian's grandparents in Hermanus, the weather sadly took another downhill turn but we had a lovely relaxing time with Ken and Alma. We stayed for three nights where we went on walks, runs, played table tennis, pool and cards. Tony flew out to visit us harWe were very sad to say goodbye but we had to move on with our travels, beautiful town and I hope we can visit again soon in the near future.

Adrian to add pics !
